This was a very stressful time for our whole family because my husband’s parents were still living in NC and it was up to their adult children to find the perfect home for them without them ever seeing the home in person. Francine took on the task of finding a home for my husband’s parents as if they were her own family. My husband’s parents had a list of specific features that they required for their new home, and they had to find the perfect house and close on it within four weeks! My home was only on the market for hours and after listening to her advice regarding the property, I moved quickly with an offer having the home securely under contract within 48 hours. Come to find out there was at least one back buyer who stated I was lucky I moved as quickly as I did, as she had planned on making an offer later in the day. Without Francine's knowledge of the local market and advice we needed to move immediately with an offer, I would have not been able to acquire my Sebastian home.
